🚧 Garden makeover underway! 🏡

We’re giving this tiered garden a much-needed refresh with work taking place across both the lower and upper levels.

We'll be preparing the ground and laying new concrete slabs, repairing sections of the existing wall, improving drainage and replacing the fence at the lower level.

A good bit of groundwork to get stuck into! 💪

The team have recently started a nice little extension project here in Plymouth 👷

We're removing the existing rear garage extension and building a new single-storey timber-frame extension with a flat roof. We’ll also be opening up the kitchen into the new space with structural steelwork, fitting new French doors and carrying out the plumbing, electrics and plastering.

Plenty to get stuck into on this one! Looking forward to seeing it all come together! 💪

Full exterior renovation complete 👏

Works included a full roof replacement and facelift to the outside of the property.

New natural slate roofing, leadwork, fresh masonry paint, new windows and a full makeover of the shop front 👌

Pretty well, actually! This property is starting to look like a whole new house 👏

The team still have plenty of work to do both internally and externally but the project is coming together very well!

This porch replacement job is starting to come together nicely 👏

The old structure has been removed and replaced with a new timber frame porch. Cladding has been added and we're now waiting for the doors and windows to be installed!

🚧 WORK COMMENCING 🚧

The team have just started work at this property, with two key jobs getting underway 👇

First up, we’re removing the existing front porch and replacing it with a new insulated timber-frame porch, complete with a flat roof, composite front door, UPVC window and soft green vertical cladding. 🌿

Secondly, we’ll be replacing the existing rear flat roof, including new roof joists, fascias, guttering, lead flashing and a new GRP roof finished with a sedum roof system! 🏡

Another one complete! 🔨

We’ve just wrapped up this kitchen and home renovation project, giving the downstairs of the property a completely new look and layout.

The work included opening up the existing rooms to create a new kitchen/diner, fitting new French doors, refurbishing the utility room and adding a new toilet. We also carried out plastering, decorating, new skirting, flooring, plumbing and electrics throughout.

A great transformation from start to finish, and another project we're really pleased to put our name to! 👏

This two-storey extension project came together like a dream! 🔨

We’ve completely transformed the home, adding new bedrooms, a new kitchen, extra living space and new bathroom, creating a much more spacious and practical layout for the family.

With plenty of structural and renovation work involved, it’s been a big project from start to finish, but we’re really pleased with how it’s all come together. 👏

Another one complete and ready for the clients to enjoy! 🏠
