👷‍♂️ MEET SOME OF THE TEAM BEHIND ELITE BUILD NW 🏡

Another productive week on site and this one gives you a little look at some of the people behind the work, as well as the progress being made. 💪

This week we’ve completed:

🔩 Structural steels fully installed
🏗️ Acrows removed
⚡ First-fix electrics complete
🚿 First-fix plumbing complete

That means we’re now all set for insulation, dry lining and plastering to commence next week — when the transformation really starts to take shape. 👌

Not your average extension steel installation… 👷‍♂️🏗️

Once we opened up the existing structure, we uncovered an issue- the existing steels supporting the bathroom above were sitting much lower than anticipated.

Leaving them in position would have significantly compromised the head height within the new extension.

So, a new plan was needed.

The structure had to be fully propped, including both corners of the bathroom above, allowing us to safely remove the existing steels and first-floor joists before installing the new steelwork at the correct height.

A complex structural alteration that required careful planning, precision and, most importantly, an experienced team who knew exactly how to deal with the unexpected.

This is exactly why structural work isn’t just about installing steels- it’s about understanding how the entire building is being supported at every stage.

Another bathroom transformation by EliteBuild NW. 🔨✨

This outdated bathroom has been completely stripped back and transformed into a stylish space that our clients can enjoy for years to come.

Works included:

✔️ Removal of old sash windows
✔️ Installation of new windows

✔️ Ceiling boarded and plastered

Demolition complete, foundations installed, concrete slab poured and levelled to perfection, blockwork built up to DPC level with brickwork now underway.
