Another project successfully completed for an existing developer. 👷‍♂️✅

Scope of works included:

• Demolition of the existing structure, with the front façade retained to satisfy planning requirements.
• Reduced dig of the existing floor to achieve the proposed build-up levels.
• Construction of foundations for the new substructure and retaining wall elements.
• Perimeter retaining walls built using reinforced hollow concrete block construction.
• Installation of new service ducting throughout the property to the developer’s specification.
• Installation of new surface water and foul drainage systems, including connections into the existing mains network.

A great project from start to finish, delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Another project coming to a successful close. âś…

We’ve completed the foundations, internal foul and storm drainage, and the structural ground slab, including the installation of GG300 insulation, membranes, and all reinforcement requirements.

The external foul and storm drainage has now been approved and will be completed over the coming weeks before we hand the project back to the main contractor for the next phase of the build.

A great project to be involved in, and we’re proud of the standard of work delivered by the team. 👏

🚧 New Project Underway 🚧

We’ve recently taken over this project after the previous contractor stepped away and we’re now pushing things forward 💪

Our full package of works includes:

• Unpinning the existing steel frame and installing new RC pads & plinths
• Full floor build-up including high-compression insulation, reinforcement & RC slab
• Perimeter structural blockwork and RC upstands
• Complete foul drainage package – pumped STP, structural drainage & drainage field with overflow
• Storm drainage – RWP installs, attenuation tank, hydrobrake & connection into existing system
• External works – RC foundations and retaining walls for access and pathways

Plenty to get stuck into on this one 👷‍♂️
