Mawgan Porth is steadily taking shape.

With the primary structure now well established, the scale, proportions and key spaces are becoming increasingly evident. Recent progress has seen continued advancement of the blockwork, steelwork and roof structure, alongside completion of the gabion stone walls and ongoing external works.

The transformation from construction site to finished home is becoming clearer with every visit.

We’re excited to announce our newest site at Restronguet Point, Feock.

This stunning home is set to be transformed into a timeless masterpiece, blending beautiful design with its incredible coastal surroundings.

On Monday, Adam and Mollie visited Warren at the Broadleaf Studio in Truro.

It was great to get a proper look at the products in person and learn more about the process behind the flooring ranges. Seeing the different finishes, and quality up close gave us plenty of inspiration for future projects.

Projects include:

• Fascias & flashing details
• Handrails
• Custom architectural metalwork

Site Update – Newquay

This Passivhaus is really starting to take shape 👀

Windows and doors are in, external finishes coming together, and the solar panels are now installed. Even better, an excellent air test result, showing the quality of the build 👌

Not long now until the full vision comes together. Great progress from the team 💪
