We’ve been a bit social media quiet lately but it doesn’t mean we haven’t been hard at work! 🙏

This week we completed 3 new roofs on new build houses in London!

Here we had a blank canvas, so they all needed the full works!

Photos show before, after the felt & batten had been laid and during the tiling process.

We then also fitted 7 velux windows & finished off by fitting a dry ridge system and lead work to the compartment walls! 🏠

New slate roof completed last week ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ripped off an old wooden roof and replaced it with a new artificial slate roof with lead valley, lead hips and lead ridge.

We also install new fascia’s and guttering to complement the slate

Another job completed this week in Higham! ✔️

Here the customer contacted us due to a loose tile which we fixed upon arriving to view the job!

Upon inspection of the roof we found that the roof verge had weathered very badly due to age & needed to be re cemented! 🚨

We removed all the tiles along the verge & quickly re cemented them, leaving it all clean & tidy 🙌

Our customer was very happy with the finished job! 😃

Snow & frost doesn’t stop us from getting the job done! 🥶

Last week, we had a customer that had a leaky rubber flat roof with a number of boards which had rotted away! 😣

So we got straight to it by disposing of the existing rubber roofing & replacing the rotten boards. We then renewed the roof with new felt, leaving it completely water tight & tidy! ✔️

Here the customer had been suffering with multiple leaks & it wasn’t hard to figure out why! 🙈

We stripped the roof back to the timbers & started by replacing the felt & batten.

We then removed the moss from the old times & relaid them, then cemented the verge & ridge tiles back in ✔️
