Each year, the course features a case study to deepen practical understanding. In 2025, participants explored Red Palm Oil. This year, we will focus on UltraโProcessed Foods (UPF)โa timely and important topic that connects oils and fats processing with broader health and sustainability discussions.
Past participants have shared how the course strengthened their foundations, opened new opportunities, and even enabled them to confidently engage in new markets. We look forward to welcoming another diverse group of professionals in 2026.
