Easy peasy day today . Last week stripped a little area back to laths . Cleaned them up ... Then Lime Green Ultra and today a quick bit of Neo Lime / Chalk to finish . Which I have to say was great to work with , lots of fibres , lovely finish .

We ended the week on a lovely little bit of Lime work locally .
Non listed cottage ( 3 cottages joined together 90s ). Lots of damp due to sweating up / non breathable sand and cement job by bad builder / developer from the mid 90s .
The whole lower area of the office was covered in all the salts & was all coming through . It should never have been put there in the first place , non listed building yes ..but.....still bad practice in every way possible ....... We sds'd all the s**t S&C render off , and then applied some lime . Easy day , shoulder recovered . Next stage next week

Soundproofing job in a rather expensive Million £ local house.
The builder used 9.5mm plasterboard ( 12.5mm British standard )he also didnt put any internal insulation or acoustic insulation through out all internal walls in this 5 bedroom nice house .....🤠 time .... . Shocking
We' ve been sweating and itching for the last couple of days .
We cut back the skirting line , as it had very deep skirting then used 15mm sound block tape and acoustic poly glued all edges , 100mm Acoustic insulation from floor to ceiling , 2 coat skim .

Customer was away on their holidays , so super clean job for them to get back too .
