🔨 Garden Renovations in Full Swing! 🌿

It’s been a busy few weeks with three different outdoor projects all progressing at the same time, and the transformations are already taking shape.

🏡 Project 1: A full garden renovation featuring a new porcelain patio, following on from the house extension we recently completed. This will create a modern, low-maintenance outdoor space to match the new home upgrade.

🧱 Project 2: Giving this property a fresh finish with new garden walls, rendering and a full tidy-up of the exterior, helping bring the whole space together.

🌿 Project 3: A three-tier garden transformation where we’re removing the old slabs and installing new sandstone paving, composite decking, new steps and retaining walls to create a much more usable and attractive layout.

Lots of progress happening across all three sites and we’re looking forward to sharing the finished results soon 👌

Another solid upgrade completed 🔨

We’ve just replaced an old, unstable and unsecure fence as part of an ongoing garden renovation, preparing the space for a new patio and the final garden finish.

This install was built to last, using solid concrete posts paired with reinforced concrete gravel boards for maximum strength and durability. The fencing features 6x1 infill panels, tailor-made on site to ensure a perfect fit and a clean, professional finish.

To complete the job, we fitted a new composite gate for the property, along with a custom-built gate for the neighbouring property, ensuring both security and practicality for everyone involved.

A strong, secure foundation now in place — ready for the next stage of the garden transformation.

✅ Another roof transformation completed!

We replaced an old, tired, and damaged felt roof with a brand-new GRP fibreglass roof featuring a non-slip finish – built to last and completely maintenance-free 💪

We also installed two new double-glazed skylights – one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom – bringing in loads of natural light and improving insulation 🌤️

Finished off with new lead flashing for a clean, watertight seal and a professional finish throughout 🔩

Another happy customer and another roof ready to take on the elements! 👷‍♂️🏠

A small room which has been insulated incorrectly causing damp and structure issues this is a very common problem caused by incorrect building methods and poor ventilation.
Striped back removed damaged walls and celling removed all dry rot replaced with treated timbers. Treated any existing timbers. Created a Cavity and vented externally to give correct air flow to prevent Condensation build up Insulated, boarded, plaster, decorated ready to be moved back in. Another happy customer 😏
