The smelly House.

It's lovely now, but before we renovated there was some unfortunate pets that had been left unattended, hence our nickname for it.
The new buyers had everything renewed to create a modern family home in the heart of Salford.

Extensive works included..
Structural adjustments
Roof repairs

New kitchen

Complete reskim.
New windows and doors
New bathroom.

We do love how a roof replacement can transform the look of a house. Here we used top tier concrete tiles which stand out for durability and style. As usual the install was completed with pride, making sure every detail meets British standards ✅💙

Worst roof of 2025!

As you guys will know there have been some horror!

So here we have a roof so bad that the installers should get a prize 🏆 something like a permanent tattoo on their forehead maybe.

There was barely anything right about it - no upstand, seams not glued, deck timber 3" short on all sides that were held in place with a handful of clout nails. The cherry on top though has to be charging over twice the cost of a good roof 🥲

Be careful out there 💙

We got lucky last month with what seems the last of the good weather. We also got to replace this roof using our favourite tiles. They are are the highest quality, coming with a 25 year manufacturer's colour guarantee.
Fitted with breathable felt, dry ridge system and over facia vents to align with British standard.

Its the people we work for that make it so rewarding though. We keep getting really lucky with amazing customers too 🙏🥰
