🔍 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Installation Engineers:
• F-Gas certified (essential)
• Experience with split & VRF systems
• NVQ Level 2+ preferred
• High standards of workmanship
• Full UK driving licence
• 🛠 Ducting experience a strong advantage
Service Engineers:
• F-Gas certified (essential)
• Strong fault-finding & diagnostic skills
• Experience with VRF & split systems
• NVQ Level 2+ preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional and customer-focused
Engineer’s Mate / Improver:
• On-site experience or relevant college training
• Willingness to learn and progress
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Full UK driving licence preferred
