If you have been to our Sheffield site this week you may have noticed something new.

All our internal signage has now carefully been updated to reflect our new brand image, including our reception area and meeting room.

A massive thank you to Chloe and Henry from Selectequip, one of our signage and site safety suppliers, now helping us to support both our customers and our own sites.

We are looking forward to updating our external signage to complete our rebrand.

Sheffield Business Awards Night ⭐️

The Sheffield business awards celebrate innovators, passionate changemakers, and inspiring leaders who continue to shape Sheffield’s business landscape.

This year in the 25th year of the awards, Arden Winch was shortlisted into the top three alongside Sheffield United Community Foundation and Zest, for the Environmental Impact Award sponsored by e.on energy.

Recognising how Arden Winch is leading the way with our:
• Commitment to environmental responsibility
• Reduction of carbon footprint
• Preservation of natural resources
• Promotion of sustainable practices
And scalability to protect our planet for future generations.

In 2022, we set a goal to become carbon neutral by 2030, now in 2026 we are ahead of this target by a huge leap and the implementation of fully electric delivery vans over the coming years will be the defining step to becoming carbon neutral.

We are extremely proud to have been shortlisted for the award and to have attended on the night to celebrate along side some inspiring business leaders and some some of our amazing customers.

The night highlighted our extensive efforts for protecting our planet and demonstrated how we truly are at the forefront of sustainability in Sheffield.

Our team are hitting the road this week with three big events across Yorkshire!

Tomorrow, from 9:30am until 3pm we will be on stands 51/52, exhibiting at the unLTD business expo at Magna, Rotherham.

Thursday we are exhibiting on stand A01 at the Made In Yorkshire expo, 9am until 3pm at Huddersfield’s famous Accu stadium.

Thursday evening, our team will be getting suited and booted for the Sheffield Business Awards, organised by Sheffield Chamber Of Commerce, where we are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Environmental Impact Award.

Three events and three amazing opportunities to showcase who we are, what we do and why we are leading the way in our industry.

Saturday marked World Mental Health day 2026.

A day for reflection on personal experiences, research, policies and support systems for mental health.

At Arden Winch, our priority is keeping workplaces safe; although our products are essential for physical health and safety, our support and friendly service is here for your mental health too.

We recognise that high pressure environments such as those with extensive physical risks can cause burn out, stress and anxiety.

We know that site accidents, near misses or safety mishaps can lead to psychological impact which requires care and support.

Mental health in the workplace matters everyday.
