Meet the Team 👋
This week, we’re shining the spotlight on our Supervisor, Gabriel Daogaru, who has been a valued member of the FloPlast team for the past six years.
Working closely with our key customers, Gabriel plays an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, dispatched on time, and delivered with the highest standards of customer service. From planning daily workloads with the team to resolving challenges and working collaboratively across departments, Gabriel helps keep our operations running smoothly every day.
We caught up with Gabriel to learn more about his journey at FloPlast: “I enjoy the responsibility of my role and in making sure orders are delivered accurately and on schedule. I’m proud to work within a team where we are continuously looking to enhance our processes whilst maintaining excellent service standards.”
When asked what he enjoys most about working at FloPlast, Gabriel highlighted the importance of teamwork: “The team spirit and supportive working environment are what I enjoy most. Everyone works together towards common goals, and it’s rewarding to be part of a company that values both its employees and its customers.”
