Join the team at FloPlast and play a key role in keeping our production operations running smoothly overnight. We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated leader with supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment to support our Automation department.

As an Automation Leading Hand, you’ll:
· Support the Team Leader and supervise staff on shift
· Help ensure production targets and quality standards are met
· Monitor and maintain automation machinery
· Lead by example with a strong focus on safety and teamwork
· Be involved in problem-solving and continuous efficiency improvements
