Fit for Kings & Queens with this recent washroom project handed over at a leading UK theme park.

Our teams recently completed a major refurbishment of the castle themed washroom facilities, completely transforming the space. The works included new flooring, ceilings, lighting, wash troughs, cubicles, sanitaryware, plumbing, decorations and themed finishes throughout the male, female, family and entrance areas.

Another small but important upgrade, supplying and installing a new final exit door set, finished to blend in with the existing surroundings and keep the area looking as it should. All whilst still showing the quality and attention to detail our carpenters bring to every job.

Full electrical installation at Smart Supplies, the newest addition to the Smart CI Group, and our new trade and public supplies store right next door.

The works from our electrical team included new LED lighting, emergency lighting and power installations throughout the trade counter, offices and kitchen areas, creating a modern, efficient and practical space for both staff and customers.

It’s been a full transformation from empty unit to a fully operational store, one which all our divisions have been working on together.

Creating a brand new takeaway area alongside an existing theme park restaurant. Starting with what was essentially unused space, we constructed a themed extension complete with new cladding, a cantilever roof, roller shutter access, power and data connections, all designed to blend in with the existing surroundings, whilst providing a practical new area.

A recent project delivered by our Fabrication team involved the design and manufacture of a complete access system and raised control room solution for an industrial facility.

The scope included the fabrication of two independent steel staircases, a connecting access platform and a bespoke elevated control room, all designed to provide safe and practical access within a demanding operational environment. The steelwork was manufactured, galvanised for long-term durability and designed using detailed CAD modelling before production commenced.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Stealth, our teams were tasked with transforming sections of the ride's authentic launch cable into limited edition keepsakes for enthusiasts and fans.

The project involved collecting and preparing the launch cable, cutting it into approximately 205 individual sections, cleaning and finishing each piece, fitting pressed metal end rings, manufacturing bespoke timber display stands, and producing etched stainless steel labels.

It's not every day a project becomes a piece of theme park history!

A great project to be involved in and amazing to see the commemorative launch cables in the hands of fans celebrating 20 years of one of the UK's most iconic rollercoasters 🎢

Hasn’t been a bad setting to be working at 🌞🦒 With our teams recently completing the refurbishment of this reserve lookout walkway to keep the area in top condition for guests.

The project involved replacing sections of the existing deck structure, installing a new treated timber subframe, renewing sections of the perimeter fencing and completing the area with new Millboard decking designed to withstand plenty of visitors.
