🏗️ Extension Project Update

Great progress on our latest extension project!

The footings have now been fully passed by Building Control and the concrete has been poured, giving us the foundations ready for the next exciting stage.

Steel fabrication has also taken place and the steel frame is due to go in tomorrow. Once that’s in position, we’ll really start to see this extension, complete with its glass gable, taking shape. 👌

❤️ MEET THE TEAM… AMY ❤️

Well, technically an extension of the MJ Parsons team! 😅

Amy is our Social Media Manager from A C Marketing, and she’s the one behind the posts, updates and occasional attempt to make us all behave for a photo! 📸😂

When she’s not keeping MJ Parsons busy on social media, you’ll usually find her:

🍷 Enjoying said wine
🎶 With the music turned up
👨‍👩‍👧 Spending time with family
🥂 Catching up with friends
📱 And, inevitably, still checking social media!

🏗️ Project Update

Another great milestone reached on one of our larger projects.

The block and brickwork has now passed its 1 metre inspection, so the team are cracking on and taking the build up to wall plate level.

Scaffolding is due to go up within the next week, which means we’ll soon be ready to move onto the next major phase, the roof.

Brilliant to see this one really starting to take shape now.

🏗️ NEW PROJECT ALERT

Another exciting project is underway. This time we’ll be creating a single storey extension featuring a stunning glass gable, bringing plenty of natural light into the new space.

The footings have been dug and passed, so next up is the concrete pour. We’ll also be getting the steel company on site to take measurements ready for the steel frame.

We’re looking forward to seeing this one take shape.

🏗️ Wellington Project Update

Big changes happening on our Wellington project.

The old roof is now completely off, the existing gable wall has come down and we’ve started removing the remaining internal walls needed for the new layout.

The pattern truss is being prepared and the steelwork is also going in, ready to support the new roof structure and bring the reconfiguration of this property to life.

It’s certainly looking very different now. Keep your eyes peeled for more updates 👀

🏗️ Next Project Update

We’re onto our next big project, and the guys have been working incredibly hard to get the raised patio area completed.

This is a key stage of the build, as it allows us to move forward and crack on with the construction of the new extension and garage. It’s all coming together nicely, and the progress on site has been fantastic to see.

🏗️ Major Project Update

This is one of the biggest projects we’ve taken on, and as you can see, the roof is coming off.

It might look a little crazy, but it’s all part of the plan. The existing roof is currently supported by walls that need to be removed to create the new internal layout. Once the roof has been taken off, we’ll be installing a brand new trussed roof, allowing us to completely transform the space inside.

A huge milestone on this project, and there’s plenty more to come.
