Groundworks Progress Update 🚧

Big progress on site this week 👊

Foundations now fully dug and prepared, with the existing drain run carefully located and rerouted to suit the new build layout.

All works have been inspected and passed by Building Control ✅

We’re now set up and ready for concrete pour Monday morning — another key milestone locked in.

Everything moving as it should 👍

Another project underway and foundations have begun 💪

As always, you never quite know what’s waiting underground… and this time we’ve uncovered an existing drainage run sitting right in the proposed foundation line.

This is exactly why experience matters. Situations like this need to be handled properly — not rushed — to make sure everything is structurally sound and compliant before moving forward.
