🌟 Inspiration, Resilience & Career Journeys | Virtual Work Experience 2026

From this year’s Virtual Work Experience, one of the key insights from the programme was seeing participants grow in confidence when presenting their ideas and solutions.

Throughout the programme, participants explored AI, emerging technologies, sustainability, and innovation, while developing solutions to real-world challenges.

A highlight was seeing participants consider how AI could be used to tackle youth employability challenges and explore the importance of developing and implementing effective AI policies.

Through collaborative discussions and presentations, participants demonstrated their ability to think critically, communicate their ideas, and consider how emerging technologies can create positive impact. Their growing confidence showed the value of giving young people opportunities to engage with complex issues and have their voices heard.

We are incredibly proud of the creativity, confidence, and commitment demonstrated by our participants throughout the programme.

At , we remain committed to creating opportunities that build confidence, broaden horizons, and equip young people with the skills to contribute to the future of technology and the workforce.
