Among the numerous jobs completed over the past few weeks is a fence repair at a house between Cranbrook & Benenden. Only just remembered to take a picture of one repaired post & panel, but 5 posts & panels were fixed.

In between the other jobs, we fitted in an installation of a 7' x 3' wooden bike shed at a cottage in Staplehurst today.

Ceilings painted, pipes boxed in, wooden floors restored, kitchen worktops renovated, new window trickle vents fitted among other bits & pieces.
Ready for new owners to move into.

Repairs & redecoration at a three storey cottage near Chart Sutton.
Top bedroom ceiling repaired, walls, ceilings & woodwork painted.
Two other bedrooms, stairwells, lounge, dining room, bathroom & kitchen walls, ceilings & woodwork all repainted.
Just the rest of the kitchen to be installed then it's ready to move into.

Some before & after pictures of a soakaway drain installed at a house in Peasmarsh, to help remove pooling water from the pathway & drive.
The trench was dug out to over 400mm deep, the drains were set level with the path edge & just below the lawn edge. The french / Aco Hex drains were set on top of pea shingle, forming a soakaway.

Mould removed with Dryzone mould remover & prevention spray, then walls & ceilings painted with Polar anti-mould & mould resistant paint.
