Just another appreciation post for our Bexhill project… because some projects deserve a little extra attention! 🏡

As we approach the final handover, we couldn't resist sharing a few more of the details that have brought this incredible home together.

From the striking floating timber staircase with integrated LED lighting and glass balustrades, to the beautifully finished bathrooms featuring bespoke vanity units, statement lighting and marble-effect tiling, every element has been carefully considered.

The attention to detail continues throughout, with sleek fitted cabinetry, subtle LED lighting, contemporary finishes and expansive glazing creating bright, modern living spaces.

Outside, the combination of architectural brickwork, glass balconies, landscaped terraces and carefully designed planting complements the home's contemporary design.

It's the finer details that really make a project, and we're incredibly proud of the quality of workmanship that's gone into bringing this one to life.

A fantastic design by RX Architects , brought to life through the hard work and craftsmanship of everyone involved.

Just a few final touches before we hand over the keys! 🔑

Things are taking shape at our Matfield project, with plenty of progress both inside and out!

Internally, plasterboarding and plastering works are progressing well, bespoke cabinetry is now being delivered ready to soon be fitted and the bathrooms are coming together with some beautiful tiling, including large-format wall tiles and terrazzo-style flooring.

Outside, work is continuing on the walled garden, with traditional brickwork creating the foundations for what will become a fantastic outdoor space. 🧱

It's great to see so many different elements of this project coming together, and we're looking forward to sharing more as we move towards that all important Christmas deadline.

Featuring natural wood finishes, open shelving and integrated storage, these made-to-measure units will create a stylish, practical and beautifully finished workspace.

Plenty happening at our Matfield project! 🏡🔨

We’re continuing to make great progress both inside and out, with several trades now moving the project onto its next stages.

Internally, the first fix M&E is now complete, allowing the finishing works to really start gathering pace. The plastering is progressing throughout the property, and it’s amazing how quickly the spaces begin to feel like finished rooms once those smooth walls and ceilings start appearing.

A big shout-out to Emmerson Plastering for their work across the project 👏 There are plenty of details to work around here, particularly across the ceilings and rooflights, and it’s great to see it all coming together.

DaneCeramics has also made a start on tiling the bathrooms, adding another layer of finish to the interiors as we work our way through the different areas of the property.

Outside, work is continuing on the walled garden and landscaping, so there’s progress happening right across the site as we begin bringing together both the house and its surroundings.

Lots of different elements moving forward at Matfield now, and with each stage completed, we’re getting a much clearer picture of the finished project. 👌

More updates to come as we keep pushing on!

Back at Wild Haven. 🏡

A revisit to our Wild Haven Project this week as we reach the completion of the rectification period.

It’s always rewarding to return to a finished project once it’s had time to settle in - and this one is looking fantastic.

From the timber-clad exterior and landscaped surroundings to the exposed oak structure, steel-framed glazing and beautifully finished interiors, Wild Haven was a project packed with character and detail.

Great to see the house being lived in and looking every bit the home it was designed to be.

Another chapter complete for the LJ Fletcher team. 👏

A beautiful day on Friday to be working on our Bexhill project! ☀️🌊

With uninterrupted views across the English Channel, this stunning coastal property is really starting to come together.

The interiors are taking shape, with contemporary finishes and expansive glazing making the most of that incredible location, while work continues on the final external areas.

Not a bad view for the team to enjoy while they're working! 👷‍♂️

Christmas deadlines are quickly approaching, and the team is working hard to keep our Matfield project firmly on schedule! 🎄🔨

They got straight down to business over the weekend, completing the internal plasterboarding and bringing us another important step closer to the finishing stages.

A huge thank you to the team for giving up their weekend and putting in such a brilliant effort. Your hard work and commitment never go unnoticed! 👏

Great progress is being made at our Matfield project, with the first-fix mechanical and electrical works now nearly complete.

Air conditioning has also been installed as an additional feature, helping to future-proof the home against increasingly warmer summers and heatwaves.

Elsewhere on site:

• Plasterboarding is underway
• Bathroom fit-outs have begun, featuring fittings from CP Hart
• Permachar timber cladding is nearly complete
• Passivlux windows and doors are being installed

Next up, we’ll be moving on to plastering, fitted joinery and the start of the landscaping works.

It’s all beginning to come together, and we’re looking forward to sharing the next stage of this build.
