"Reach trucks. Forklifts are my speciality, and I particularly enjoy training and operating reach trucks."

"We are a friendly company that is always willing to help and encourage our learners while making the training environment enjoyable."

"Holly! I like 360s because they're a little more complicated and very versatile. Holly is great for training as the controls are smooth and the all-round camera visibility makes learning easier."

I recently celebrated 1 year working at MP Plant Training—it’s gone by so quickly!

💼 What do you enjoy most about working here?
I love learning more about construction and plant, as well as meeting so many new people. The best part is definitely the team I get to work with!

🚜 What’s your favourite machine on site and why?
It has to be Holly the Hyundai—she’s a massive beauty with all her lights!

🎯 What advice would you give to someone thinking about booking a course with us?
I’d say just go for it! We have an amazing team of trainers who always go the extra mile for everyone they train.

Jamie-Lee has only been with us for just over a year, but since day one it’s felt like she’s always been part of the team.

She’s a dedicated hard worker, always happy to help, and brings such a kind and positive presence to the workplace. Her smile can light up a room, and she always tries to make everyone’s day just that little bit better.

I’m extremely proud to announce that I’ve officially passed my CPCS 360 Excavator (Above 10 Tonne) Theory & Practical exams today!

Scoring 100% on the theory test and achieving only 1 minor on the practical 👊🏻🎉

A massive thank you to MP Plant Training Ltd for the excellent training throughout. Keith and Jamie are absolute professionals within the industry, and their knowledge, guidance, and support have been outstanding from start to finish.

This course has not only helped me further develop and refine my operating skills, but it has also given us another qualification to continue moving DB Landscaping & Groundworks Ltd further into site work and larger commercial projects.

For me, operating machinery isn’t just part of the job it’s a real passion!
