Keeping your firmware up-to-date is important. It gives you access to the latest security features, fixes bugs and can even improve efficiency.

With the GivEnergy portal, it is easier than ever to update your firmware in 15-30 minutes.

- Log in to the portal at www.givenergy.cloud using your usual username & password
- Find the 'My Inverter' section and expand it
- Click onto the 'Software' tab, if the 'update firmware' button is shown it's time to update

Moved into a house with a GivEnergy system? 🏠 Here's what you'll need to transfer ownership into your name:

- Proof of property ownership
- The inverter serial number (found on a sticker on the unit)
- Clear photos of the inverter & all batteries

Send these over to our team at [email protected]. They’ll then verify the info and update the account so you can start managing the system yourself.
