🔥🚧 Project Update: Kitchen Extension Taking Shape!🔥

Great progress on our latest kitchen extension with No Limit Construction! The transformation is really coming together.

Here’s what we’ve achieved since previous post:
✅ Laid the new concrete floor slab
✅ Built the new walls
✅ Installed the EPDM rubber roof
✅ Fitted new fascias
✅ Knocked through to create a stunning large open-plan kitchen/dining room

The space is opening up beautifully and will be a fantastic, bright, and modern area for the family to enjoy. We’re loving how it’s turning out!

✨🚧 Project Update: Kitchen Extension Underway! ✨

We're excited to announce that we've kicked off a fantastic new kitchen extension for one of our clients!

To create the perfect space, we’ve already:
✅ Demolished the old small conservatory and taken up the patio.
✅ Excavated 1.2m deep for new strip foundations
✅ Poured the concrete foundations
✅ Built up to DPC level
✅ Laid 150mm sub-base + 50mm sand blinding, all prepped and ready for the DPM, 120mm insulation, and concrete slab

Building Dreams, From Vision To Reality.

🏗️ Project Update:
Our latest extension project is progressing well.

We’ve built the blockwork up to DPC level, poured the concrete floor, and constructed the timber frame with OSB sheathing. The warm flat roof has been completed using 200 mm PIR insulation and finished with an EPDM covering.
The exterior is now wrapped in a breathable membrane with cement board, and we’ve fitted the fascias and soffits. The timber frame has also been insulated with 100 mm PIR for excellent thermal performance.

New Project Started🏗️

We’ve kicked off a new job converting a conservatory into a modern kitchen extension! The crew excavated down to expose the public sewer line, installed concrete lintels bridging over the pipe at both ends, and poured the new foundations 💪🚚. Solid start and ready to move on to the next stage!
