Over the past two nights, the Blitzer Group team have been working at St David's / Dewi Sant, Cardiff Shopping Centre, carrying out inspections and specialist cleaning of external signage.

With the centre remaining extremely busy throughout the day, all works were carefully planned and completed overnight to minimise disruption to shops, restaurants, visitors and the wider operation of the site.

The works also included cleaning a number of internal electronic advertising boards, with the team going the extra mile to make sure every element was completed to the high standard expected.

A big thank you to the team at Suremark for trusting Blitzer Group with the opportunity and for the excellent collaboration throughout.

This project has been another great example of what can be achieved through strong communication, teamwork and collaboration — delivering safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Proud of the professionalism, attention to detail and commitment shown by everyone involved.

🏫 Another job finished by the Blitzer Group team! 💪

The team have finished off giving Dylan Thomas Community School a thorough clean to the frontage of the building, making sure it’s looking fresh, clean and ready to welcome the students back next week.

It’s always great to return to Dylan Thomas Community School, as they were one of our original customers when we started out five years ago.
We’re proud to still be working with them today and really appreciate their continued support and trust in Blitzer Group.

Back to School – Annual Clean in Newport

The Blitzer Group team have been back at one of our customers’ schools in Newport, completing its annual window, glass and canopy clean ready for pupils returning next week.

From the high-level windows to the entrance canopies and glazing, the team have been working hard to get everything clean, bright and ready for the new school year.

Using specialist equipment and powered access, we’re able to safely reach those difficult areas and deliver a thorough clean across the site.

The Blitzer Group team are back at Neath RFC today, giving the stands a thorough clean and getting the ground looking its best ahead of next weekend’s Neath BulaFest. 🧼🏉

It’s set to be a fantastic day celebrating culture, cuisine, music, friendships and rugby, with Neath taking on Fiji 🇫🇯 as part of a brilliant family festival.

Tomorrow sees the completion of another fantastic project for Blitzer Group, as we finish our work on behalf of Medway Council across Gillingham and Chatham as part of the Government’s Chewing Gum Task Force Grant Scheme.

It’s been great to see the difference the programme has made, helping to remove years of ingrained chewing gum and improve the appearance of busy town centre areas.

A special thank you to all the shopkeepers and local businesses who have been so welcoming and supportive while our teams have been working outside their premises.

And, of course, a huge thank you to the team at Medway Council for putting their trust in Blitzer Group and for working alongside us throughout the project.

Another town centre cleaned, another project delivered, and another example of what can be achieved through partnership. 👏

🧹 Another new contract underway for Blitzer Group! 💚

We’re delighted to announce that Blitzer Group has commenced a new street cleaning contract with Brecon Town Council, helping to keep Brecon cleaner, tidier and more welcoming for residents, businesses and visitors.

Our team has hit the ground running with a three-day intensive clean of Brecon town centre, making an immediate and visible impact from day one.

Following the initial deep clean, our ongoing programme will include:

✨ Weekly sweeping and litter picking throughout the town centre
✨ Monthly rotational sweeping across Brecon’s wards
✨ A consistent focus on maintaining high standards and improving the appearance of the local environment

We’re incredibly proud to have been trusted by Brecon Town Council to deliver this service.

For us, contracts like this are about more than cleaning streets. They’re about pride in place, supporting local communities and creating environments that people can be proud of.

Proud to see Blitzer Group playing our part in the preparations at The Gnoll ahead of the Neath vs Fiji Bula Festival. 🏉🇫🇯

Over the coming days, our team will be giving the stands and toilet facilities a thorough clean, helping to get this historic ground ready to welcome players, supporters, families and visitors.

This is a real community project, with Tesco, Red Bull, 157 Regiment RLC and many other local businesses and organisations coming together to support grassroots rugby at The Gnoll and Neath RFC.

As a veteran-owned business, this event also has a special meaning for us. We have close ties with the Fijian community, not least through the many Fijians who have served, and continue to serve, with distinction in the British Armed Forces.

That shared military connection, combined with the strong values of rugby — teamwork, respect, friendship and community — makes this a project we are especially proud to support.

For Blitzer Group, it’s about much more than cleaning. It’s about businesses stepping forward, giving something back and helping to support the future of grassroots rugby in Neath.

The Bula Festival will bring Welsh and Fijian communities together through rugby, culture, food, music and friendship, and we’re delighted to play a small part in making the day a success.

And just like that, Cardiff is complete! ✅

Another Village Hotel Club site finished and another great job by the Blitzer Group team.

With Swansea, Bristol and Cardiff now completed as part of the scheduled maintenance programme, there’s no slowing down…

🚐 Next stop: Medway!

The team now heads across to Chatham High Street to finish off our works there and get another project over the line.
