Key responsibilities: Liaising with Clients ensuring their specific requirements are met, working with the project team to prepare and present accurate valuation forecasts, verify payments against applications and summarise debtors position, accurately price, negotiate and agree variations with client, have knowledge of construction techniques and materials, establish and maintain relationships with client, sub-contractors and suppliers, procurement and payment of sub-contractors/suppliers, computer literate in the use of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam, complete monthly performance summary reports.
Qualifications: GCSE Maths & English, grade C or above, HNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction.
Skills and Experience: Self-management & self-motivating, initiative - ability to work independently, ability to manage workloads, timely, good verbal and written communication skills, good numerical skills.
Package: Full time position working Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, competitive annual salary, EV company car/car allowance, access to company pension, employee assistance programme, free on site parking.
