AC Jackson Ltd, specialists in steel-framed buildings based near Tarporley, Cheshire, are looking for an Office Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.

What you’ll be doing:
• Managing weekly and monthly payroll (around 50 employees)
• Handling payroll queries, pensions, holiday pay, and documentation (P45/P60)
• Supporting finance tasks, including logging supplier invoices
• Assisting with purchasing and ordering supplies
• Answering calls and providing great customer service
• Supporting managers and colleagues across the business
• General admin to keep the office running smoothly

What we’re looking for:
• Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
• Flexible and happy to take on a range of tasks
• Able to work independently and manage your workload
• A confident communicator with good IT skills (Excel & Word)
• Numerate, with strong attention to detail
• A positive team player with a sense of humour

Experience:
• Sage Payroll or Sage 50 experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Previous admin or finance experience is helpful—full training provided
