A great afternoon at for our Nevada Construction Co****le Tournament, marking two years since the opening of our Cornwall office.

52 teams joined us for the event, with SG Plastering's "The Closers" taking first place, Stevens & Nicholls' "The Short Circuits" finishing runners-up, and taking third.

Thank you to everyone who entered, supported the event and helped raise funds for Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust, as well as Wax for keeping everyone fed throughout the afternoon.

🌊 Progress at The Polurrian Hotel

Our latest aerial photography captures the transformation taking shape at our cliff-top site in Mullion, Cornwall.

Work is progressing across the new extension, with the structural frame now firmly established, roofing and photovoltaic panel installation underway, and the new swimming pool structure taking shape.

The exposed setting places the project directly in the path of Atlantic weather, while the hotel continues to operate alongside the works. Deliveries, crane operations and site access are tightly coordinated around the construction programme, changing conditions and the hotel’s day-to-day requirements.

A strong effort from our project team and everyone contributing on site. We look forward to sharing more as the project progresses towards completion.

Work is well underway at our Sherborne House Car Park Passivhaus project in Newton Abbot, with foundations and below-ground works progressing and the footprint of the new homes now clearly taking shape.

Funded by the Brownfield Land Release Fund (BLRF2) and the One Public Estate Programme, this scheme will deliver 23 social rented homes, including accessible flats, designed to Passivhaus Plus standard, transforming a brownfield site into high-quality, energy-efficient homes for local people.

Progress continues at the Heavitree Theatres project in Exeter.

The latest aerial views capture two key stages of the build. Reinforcement and formwork are progressing across the second floor as further concrete pours continue, while below, the temporary support structure is being removed from the ground floor following successful concrete cube test results. With each section achieving the required strength, the formwork is being struck, and back-propping operations are progressing, with completion scheduled for mid-September.

Elsewhere, preparations continue for the next phase, including piling within the courtyard along with the commencement of the new electrical infrastructure, which is due in early September.

• Compiling Operations and Maintenance manuals
• Providing site support across multiple projects
• Document control and management
• General office administration

Based in our Head Office located in Teignmouth, you’ll need excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Previous experience in administration, project coordination or document control would be an advantage.
