Our partnership with Tilia Homes is out of the ground, with work now underway on our first development with the national housebuilder.

Tilia Homes, previously known as Kier Living, build quality new homes across England. Our first development with Tilia, Montgomery Place in Market Drayton, is a stunning collection of luxury three and four bedroom homes. It will feature circa 200 new homes and the marketing suite is due to open in Autumn 2022.
