Acoustic Energy Unveils the new 500 Series: Inspired by Corinium
Acoustic Energy is proud to announce the launch of the new 500 Series, the latest evolution of its acclaimed 500 Series loudspeakers. Building on the foundations that established the original range as a benchmark for performance and value, the new Series introduces a host of significant engineering developments derived from the company's flagship Corinium project.
The new range represents a comprehensive redesign, with substantial advances across the drive units, crossover network and cabinet construction. By applying lessons learned during the development of Corinium, Acoustic Energy has created a loudspeaker that delivers greater openness, naturalness and coherence while preserving the dynamics, balance and musical engagement for which the 500 Series is renowned.
Priced at AE500² (Stand mount) £1,200, AE509² (floorstanding) £2,700, AE520² (floorstanding) £4,000, AE507² (LCR / wall mount) £650 (each) and Available in Piano Gloss White, Piano Gloss Black and American Walnut wood veneer finishes, the new 500 Series will be available from December through authorised Acoustic Energy retailers worldwide.
