No two cleaning applications are exactly alike.

Different materials, contaminants, geometries and cleanliness specifications all require different approaches.

That's why every MecWash solution begins with understanding the application before selecting the right combination of wash process, chemistry and machine configuration.

Because successful cleaning starts long before the machine is switched on.

Why are so many manufacturers moving away from solvent-based cleaning?

Aqueous cleaning offers an effective, environmentally responsible alternative that delivers outstanding cleaning performance while supporting safer working environments.

Combined with the right wash process, specialist detergents and intelligent machine design, aqueous cleaning can achieve exceptional cleanliness even on complex engineering components.

It's not just about cleaning; it's about achieving repeatable, reliable results.

More Than Just Parts Washing...

A clean component is about much more than appearance.

In today's manufacturing environment, effective component cleaning plays a vital role in product quality, reliability and performance. Whether removing machining oils, swarf, polishing compounds or fine particulates, the right cleaning process helps ensure components are ready for assembly, inspection or finishing.

MecWash maximises MACH!

We had a very successful exhibition at MACH 2026 with a record number of enquiries for our component cleaning systems.

With the MWX300 and MWX400 systems on show, attendees and fellow exhibitors could see the scale of the systems and learn about the washing and drying processes within.

For the first time, the MecWash stand also featured a SUGINO Machine France high pressure wash and deburring system, as we now represent Sugino in the UK.

John Pattison, managing director, was pleased with the engagement at the five-day exhibition:

“We had a productive time at MACH, and it remains the premier exhibition for UK manufacturers to do business. It was very promising to have so many conversations with long-term customers and connections as well as talking to numerous new contacts.

“Our stand was in a great location, and we received an outstanding amount of interest due to the excellent footfall. Alongside our sales managers, Paul Jarratt and Alan Atkinson, we fielded questions from across the sectors with a high number of inquisitive students in attendance.

"We shared our stand with Sugino, the leading Japanese manufacturer. As the sole UK agents for the world-class deburring machines, it was a pleasure to introduce them to the UK market,” said John

Pierre Le Noach, sales manager at Sugino, comments:

“MACH 2026 was our first time exhibiting in the UK, and it was an enjoyable experience. We showcased the Sugino JCC 421 UT machine. The MecWash customers and visitors were very interested in its CNC turret turntable and its submerged washing and deburring capabilities.

“Working with MecWash as our agents, we are looking to expand our presence in the UK and MACH was a fantastic way of announcing Sugino to the UK manufacturing industry,” said Pierre.
