A strong showing at Silverstone for University of Wolverhampton Racing.

Shane Kelly crossed the line second in Race 2 of the Finecut Radical Cup UK, just four seconds behind the race winner following an impressive drive on the Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit.

However, a post-race penalty dashed hopes of a well-deserved podium finish. While the official result was not the one the team had hoped for, the on-track performance demonstrated the pace, preparation and potential within the UWR package.

That performance was supported by the hard work of the entire team behind the scenes, from engineering and car set-up to race support and strategy.

Quickgrind is proud to support University of Wolverhampton Racing with tooling, technical expertise and controlled tool management through QuickVend.

Congratulations to Shane and the UWR team on a highly competitive weekend. The final classification may not tell the whole story, but the performance provides plenty of encouragement ahead of the season finale at Donington Park.
