There’s something seriously satisfying about a freshly laid road.

The team have been over in Hertfordshire, laying a Hot Rolled Asphalt & chippings surface for the roads through this new housing estate.

Not every surface has the same job to do.

For this industrial site in Norfolk, the environment called for something a little tougher. The team laid Tarmac ULTIGUARD, designed to provide additional durability in harsh, acidic environments.

Choosing the right material for the conditions is just as important as how it’s laid, especially on industrial sites where surfaces can take some serious punishment.

Sometimes it’s the technology behind the scenes that makes all the difference.

Down on the South Coast, we’ve been putting the latest laser technology on our Bomag paver (Prestwick) to work, helping the team achieve the precise levels needed for this new MUGA pitch.

It forms part of an ongoing project to construct a new state of the art academy, & it’s great to see another section taking shape.
