Construction and surfacing leave a mark and at Centar, we think a lot about what kind of mark that should be.

We're not going to pretend we have it all figured out, but we are constantly looking at ways to do better. That means promoting products with a lower environmental impact, cutting down on waste, and recycling what we can. It also means continuing to invest in newer, more efficient vehicles and plant to bring our emissions down over time.

On site, it's often the smaller decisions that add up, choosing porous surfacing where it makes sense, offering clients greener options, and just being more mindful about how we work day to day.

Doing the job properly means doing it responsibly.

You’ll be mostly site based, managing on site teams, working with clients, ordering materials, and learning the commercial side of projects.

What we’re looking for:
▪️ Graduate (any degree) with an interest in construction
▪️ Happy working outdoors and in the office
▪️ Strong communication & numeracy skills
▪️ Full UK driving licence (essential)

📍 Must be based near the East side of the M25 (South/East London or Kent ideal)

What you’ll get:

Remember that project at the O2?

Here's another look at the work from the job. The team have absolutely loved working on this one.

It's been a great project from start to finish, and we're proud of what's been delivered. Working on a site like this comes with its own challenges, but the lads handled it brilliantly. The quality speaks for itself, and it's always satisfying to see a job come together like this.
