Ann Caparas
Marketing Executive – UAE, Middle East

Ann had already begun her career in the hospitality equipment industry before joining Precision in 2019, working with kitchen contractors and developing her knowledge of specialist equipment, logistics, and after-sales care. Her strong communication skills are the foundation of her business relationships, and Ann’s confident, honest, and respectful approach enables her to provide support and assistance to clients without hesitation. As Marketing Executive, Ann is responsible for handling sales and promoting Precision to potential new clients. Every day presents unique challenges, and Ann thrives on finding the solutions whilst working alongside the team in our Dubai office. Outside of work, Ann spends her time with family, at the gym, or cleaning (which she finds very therapeutic).

Craig Pickford
Managing Director – Australasia

Following in the footsteps of generations of Pickford’s, Craig has worked in the manufacturing and refrigeration industry for more than 40 years and he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to CyberChill Precision Refrigeration. As Managing Director, Craig is solutions-focused and deals with all aspects of sales from corporate accounts with soft drink and liquor companies to foodservice accounts with pubs, hotels, and QSRs. Craig is proud to supply some of the most complex refrigeration solutions to customers, knowing that he is part of an amazing and innovative manufacturing team. When he’s not at work, Craig loves off-road motorbiking and camping in the outback with like-minded friends.

Cindy Cheng
Sales Director – East and South-East Asia

Before joining Precision in 2025, Cindy worked across Asia within the hospitality and professional foodservice industry and has a strong understanding of how the right solution can enhance operational efficiency, while elevating the overall guest experience. As Sales Director, Cindy is responsible for driving business growth and strengthening Precision’s presence across the region. She works closely with customers and consultants to position Precision not just as a supplier, but as a trusted partner. Customers can rely on Cindy for a collaborative approach – to listen, understand their needs, and deliver practical solutions – creating value beyond just products. Outside of work, Cindy has a growing interest in animal welfare and behaviour. Her ideal weekend would be spent with her pets, learning something new, or simply enjoying the quiet moments which bring balance and perspective.
