Congratulations to Dale, who has been chosen as our Employee of the Month for consistently going above and beyond in one of the most diverse and demanding departments: R&D. Since her school days, Kandie has worked in various hospitality roles including housekeeping, assisting in kitchens, and managing bars. This experience has given her valuable insight into different areas of the industry. Now in her 14th year with Precision, Kandie’s role has evolved with the company, and as Senior Accounts Manager she now oversees the management of dealer accounts and consultants across the UK – her key focus being to build strong relationships with clients and drive collaboration and innovation. Kandie is trustworthy and determined, and offers customers dedicated support and guidance. Her sunny personality is infectious, bringing joy to all those around her. In her free time, Kandie loves to cook and bake and listen to music very loudly! She also grows her own vegetables, with varying degrees of success.
