🏡 JOB COMPLETED IN HARROGATE! 🏡

Another transformation completed by the team! 💪

This 26m² lift and relay project involved completely removing the existing patio, which had been laid on a spot-bed. We lifted all the old paving, dug out the existing sub-base and installed a new Type 1 sub-base to provide a solid foundation.

The new paving was then laid on a full-contact sand and cement bed, with the backs of the slabs slurry primed to ensure excellent adhesion and a long-lasting finish.

The patio was traditionally pointed using a sand and cement mix, before being finished with a low-level retaining wall wrapping around the patio.

We also installed ACO drainage channels to help deal with surface water and direct it away from the patio area. 💧

To complete the transformation, the garden was fully levelled and finished with brand-new turf, giving the whole garden a fresh, clean finish. 🌱

Another project completed to a high standard from start to finish. 👌

New patio created for our client over in Bagby and a lift and relay of the existing patio. It was laid on a full bed but failed due to not being properly primed. So everything was lifted cleaned and then laid back on a full bed with primed backs to make sure these bad boys don’t pop again!

My client wanted some extra space outside their summer house for usability of the area and to help with the production side of the small business, so we did just that! We extended the summer house by 1.2m adding a “porch” area with storage and then added a pergola with a clear polycarbonate roof to allow that light through but make the area usable in all weathers. Finished off with an Indian stone patio wrapping from the house and extending out over the area, this is now a great usable space 🫡🙌

Bathroom renovation completed on a Victorian property. This old dated bathroom was in desperate need of a glow up. A new walk in shower, bath, toilet tiles, wall paneling and my own bespoke made vanity unit was all meticulously put in place to create this stunning new bathroom.

This gable end was in desperate need of repointing after multiple failing bricks and joints leaving entrances for damp, wildlife and plant growth entering the home. After a full mortar rake out and bricks replaced we repointed this gable end. Swipe right for during and before pics.

We installed this RSJ to create a new opening to open up this kitchen/diner ready for redecorating and a new kitchen install. Everything signed off by building control ready to tidy and and board out.
We also knocked through an opening in the upstair bedroom to create a new entrance from a bedroom leading to the bathroom.
If you don’t know we undertake all building works.
