LET'S FACE IT - NOBODY WANTS TO HEAR THIS GOING OFF.

If your alarm goes off - open windows immediately and turn off the gas.

Carbon monoxide (CO): keep your household safe by having your boiler serviced regularly. And make sure you have CO detectors in your home - fit them exactly as per the instructions (believe it or not, we have seen them fitted in cupboards before - NOT a good idea!)

- It's lighter than air!
- It hasn't got a smell
- Early symptoms of CO poisoning can be mistaken for flu or other ailments.
