Another wet room handed over by the CCG team in an Exeter Care Home this week

We have transformed many rooms to this home with the remit of changing the plain ensuite, with just WC and basins into functional wet rooms

They start, after ripping out the existing suite by cutting into the flooring and adding an AKW Tuff Form Level Access Wet Room Former which has an Altro floor covering (a high performance, slip resistant commercial vinyl safety flooring designed for demanding environments needing hygiene and durability) laid over the top.

A great transformation into a much more functional space!

The Quayside Hotel - Brixham

A complete internal and external refurbishment project

Our largest current contract that the CCG team are working on
With most of the strip out and build works now completed we are well on the way to putting the hotel back together

37 bedrooms and en-suites and also the re building of the famous Ernie Lister pub on the ground floor of the hotel

🚧 New Project Instruction | Torbay

We are delighted to announce that CCG Contractors Ltd has been appointed to deliver the recent storm damage works to Meadfoot Beach Chalets.

At CCG we are passionate about delivering projects that make a real difference to the places where we live and work. Being trusted by SWISCo to deliver these reinstatement works in our home town is something we are extremely proud of.

This achievement reflects the hard work, expertise and collaboration of our team and supply chain partners who continue to help us deliver high-quality projects around the Torbay and South Devon areas.

CCG Contractors Ltd recently completed the fit out to Torquay’s newest hospitality venue.

Working together with the talented interior designer Demi Keenan to build a fantastic Lounge/Bar underneath the recently opened Arena Music Venue.

THE BOX OFFICE

Our team undertook the rip out to completion in a fast paced 8 week programme to get open for the run up to the festive period.

A huge thanks to all the CCG team who worked hard on this one and our valued supply chain - who always perform!

✈️ Office completion for the CCG team at Exeter Airport ✈️

This one was a project we completed last year for our client who took over the old Flybe offices at the airport

Nearly the size of a football pitch from one end to the other, our remit was to build new office rooms to the space for a better multifunctional use

Glazed partitions/doors in the newly formed rooms definitely transformed the space!

A great collaborative approach by our team and specialist subcontractors to get the offices ready to handover to our client a couple of weeks early!

Preston Green

We undertake 100’s of smaller infill projects throughout the year

This one adjacent to Preston Beach included slate roof repairs, new lindab rain water goods, plenty of scarf and resin repairs to the joinery and full preparation and decorations by our sister company CCG Decorators Ltd

Bettesworths Torquay

Another commercial office renovation completed by the CCG team recently.

This project consisted of the full internal & external refurbishment of the old TSB bank in St Marychurch Torquay for our clients Matt & Paul

New roof, new toilets, kitchen and everything in between!

🔨Past Project🪚

BELOW DECKS RESTAURANT TORQUAY

CCG Contractors Ltd were engaged as Main Contractor to turn this empty shell building into a beautiful harbourside restaurant

Like the majority of our commercial projects….timings were critical for business trading!

The works were meant to commence January for a big push Easter opening at the end of April

The project stalled at the start and our commencement date moved to the second week in February
Reset on the contract programme and off we went undertaking the first fix carpentry and M&E at pace

With the help of everyone involved on the project, our amazing subcontractors and the in-house CCG team, we were able to turn around in 10 weeks and still meet the critical Easter opening!

A past Commercial to Residential project completed by the CCG Contractors Ltd team!

The project consisted of turning an old derelict NHS building into 18 residential units for our client.

This victorian building had an arson attempt the year before we commenced, like many of our local period properties have seen over the years.

It was great to revive the building and keep the history. Some interesting features to the property were found when doing the initial rip out, which are now all retained.
