Another fantastic project in Covent Garden, London, is nearing completion! This particular project presented several challenges, especially with logistics and maximizing every inch of the apartment’s size. Despite these complexities, our client is extremely pleased with the results and specifically highlighted how impressed they were with our team’s efficiency.
We completely stripped this apartment back to its brick and concrete structure and carried out an extensive list of works, including:
* Knocking through the doorway between the kitchen and living room to create a more spacious feel.
* Creating a beautiful bathroom with a wet room shower area.
* Installing underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment, with separate zones for each room.
* Building a brand new kitchen with upgraded electrical and water supplies, finished with a stunning quartz worktop.
* Installing insulation boards on the concrete floors to optimize the underfloor heating, then fully leveling all rooms to ensure a perfectly even surface.
* Laying porcelain tile Scandinavian oak-style floor planks throughout the apartment, giving the illusion of real oak flooring with the heating capabilities of tile, complemented by tiled skirting for easier cleaning.
* Fully upgrading the electrical fuse board and supplies, as the previous system was non-compliant.
* Removing existing old heaters in each room and replacing them with new, modern electrical radiators.
And much more to achieve this impressive transformation.
