Before laying the floor slab, we dug trenches and installed a perforated pipe to ensure that rainwater disperses evenly, rather than accumulating in one area. Hopefully, the accompanying video will provide a clearer explanation.

Today marks a significant milestone for our client's bespoke Garden Room project! With the foundations flawlessly set, we swiftly transitioned into the construction phase. Utilising the advanced SIPs technology, the floor slab was efficiently installed encased in a damp proof membrane elevated for further protection, then the walls were erected.
