Extension started last week in Birkdale. Full corner and rear wall if existing house to be removed to create an open plan kitchen/diner.

New blockwork and rear if the house to be rendered to match existing gable end.

Our Dormer conversion project over in Wigan coming to an end now. This has added an extra 2 bedrooms with an ensuite each to this already huge victorian house, making it now a 7 bed property 🤯.

We have added Juliet balconies in each of the bedrooms, over looking Whitley Mere. Fantastic views😍

Every roof elevation has been reroofed and the dormer itself cladded in slate to make it blend in best as possible.

Inside we have kept it inkeeping with the original house by adding a dropped half landing and replicating the original staircase.

Few bits of plaster patching on the landing once the wallpaper is stripped and then we are done.

Be glad to see the back of all them ladders and stairs😂
