We’re pleased to share an update from our Special Projects team, recently appointed by The Ability Group Limited to deliver works at Travelodge, Morecambe.

This project has involved the replacement of top-light glazing panels, alongside detailed leak investigations, and the completion of associated remedial works. The works are now nearing completion, with the team progressing through final stages to ensure all elements are delivered to the highest standard.

We look forward to showcasing the updated hotel once the project is fully complete.

We still find ourselves looking up at this building every time we pass it, especially being right here in our home city of .

This 19-storey, fully occupied student accommodation block underwent a complete transformation.

What began as tracing historic water ingress through the façade evolved into a full recladding solution, including redesigned support systems and improved weathering details.

We delivered this complex project, as the Principal Contractor working in a live environment, and one we’re incredibly proud of.

We’re pleased to announce the securement of a new contract at the St Anns Eastbourne Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) building.

The project involves the replacement of outdated PVC windows with high-performance AluK International aluminium curtain walling screens and windows, improving both the thermal efficiency and modern appearance of the building.

As the building remains fully operational and open to the public, the works will be carefully managed with full scaffolding and a phased approach to ensure safety, minimal disruption, and continued service delivery throughout.

Nearly there at our Whiteland’s project in London.

As Principal Contractor, it’s great to see the transformation now visible across all seven occupied residential blocks.

Recent progress:
• Stormont House – north & south elevations complete, cleaned, and scaffolding removed
• Repton – façade cleaning underway ahead of scaffold strike

We’re delivering upgrades to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance, including new cavity barriers, timber-effect aluminium cladding, balcony works, insulation, spandrel panels, and full render systems.

All delivered within a live estate, with residents kept informed every step of the way.

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve secured a new contract with Beard Construction Group for the delivery of the new Urgent Treatment Centre at University Hospital Southampton.

This £6 million development will play a key role in improving patient flow and enhancing access to urgent care services.

Our scope of works includes the installation of SFS, Equitone Tectiva fibre cement cladding, Rockpanel wood-effect cladding, and Aluprof windows and doors, delivering a high-performance facade solution within a live healthcare environment.

We look forward to supporting Beard Construction on this important project and contributing to the continued development of vital healthcare infrastructure.
