Designed by Brookes Stacey Randall Fursdon, with architect Nik Randall involved in the project.

It’s won architectural awards — but how many people actually know what it is?

Can you guess where Geoff is?

Our latest article looks at the government’s Approved Document K guidance along with some of the most frequent issues we see on projects.

NEW 🔥 Overheating Guidance

As the UK emerges from it's 5th heatwave this summer, and the climate continues to warm, the way we design homes needs to change with it.

The latest update to CIBSE TM59 – Overheating Risk in Dwellings recognises that new guidance is needed as our understanding of overheating, occupant behaviour and future climate conditions improves.

So, what’s actually changed?

Where’s Wilko? Episode 3

Today’s location has a history stretching back over 600 years.

Once an important working dock, this hidden corner of London has connections to Victorian industry, a devastating cholera epidemic and even a WWII emergency water supply.

Look closely and you can still see the faded EWS lettering on the original brickwork.

And the contemporary artwork? Designed by Handspring Design and inspired by the construction of traditional boats.

Can you work out where Geoff is? Have a guess in comments below - Answers revealed tomorrow.
