With rotted wall plates and a few other unexpected structural and damp issues, we quickly got to work and completed the repairs and refurbishment within a tight timescale.

We've recently finished a fantastic project fully refurbishing the second floor at The Pelham (community hub) in Sidley. This included forming new counselling rooms and other spaces which are now in full use and are a great asset to the local community. Our client was extremely happy with the finished result and we look forward to working with them again on future projects. At Base we’ve been busy working on a very exciting project. Our client is having their formal opening next week so we can’t say too much until then but here’s a few photos of the property before we started.
