Render on the back of this property was severely cracked & had separated from the building so we stripped it back to bare bones & rendered it back properly & used Plymouth grey sandtex masonry paint! Nice & fresh & waterproof πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘ŒπŸ»οΏΌ

Recent job we finished in telling taking out the old portex lintel & replacing with a new portex lintel , replacing over 100 different sizes portex blocks with new from old imperial to new metric sizes & rendering over the weathered blocks under the window sils ! A lot more will need replacing over the coming years as this area on Portland gets the brunt of the weather badly.
