Another happy customer back on track😀🏁

We have recently had a customer send some brakes in for reline from his grandson's go kart. We used specialized material to give the kart the stopping power it needs for safe, reliable and maximum performance.

Been over to Norfolk and popped into the Norfolk Tank Museum. What a brilliant place! They’re doing a fantastic job and it’s all self-funded.

It was great to see so many youngsters there, laughing, looking around and learning about the history instead of being glued to their phones.

If you’re in the area, do yourself a favour and pay them a visit. Every bit of support helps keep places like this going.

Another successful solution for a customer running an FV430 Series torque converter😀

The original solid-friction plates were suffering from repeated tooth failure, with the teeth continually ripping off under load.

We manufactured a new replacement plate using a steel inner core for increased strength and durability, bonded with one of our high-performance friction materials.

The result was a stronger, longer-lasting component designed to withstand demanding operating conditions.

A very interesting project landed in our workshop this week!

Our distributor sent us these original brake pads from a Chieftain tank as part of a restoration project, with the goal of reproducing them as close to the original specification as possible.

It’s always exciting to work on unique engineering challenges and help preserve a piece of military history through precision manufacturing and craftsmanship. We’re looking forward to the process and sharing updates along the way.

We were called in by TANKS A LOT LTD as they have had this CVRT Stormer sent to their workshop for a good maintenance check. We were tasked to help with the clutch overhaul and provided clutch segments which we machined in our workshop.

Our customer sent in these clutch bands for reline today. 6 of them he thought were scrap and was going to dispose of them, fortunately we will be able to repair these saving him the costs of buying new.
