New replacement tarmac footpath carried out for Wyre Piddle parish council.

✅ The existing cracked and damaged tarmac excavated and removed.

✅ New kerbing installed to the correct path formation in a low section which held water.

✅ New tarmac layed utilising the existing kerbs to save costs for the client.

✅ Low grass area raised with top soil and seeded to prevent future water pooling.

A job completed last month for a new client in Croome. The customer approached us having discovered that one of their Foul manholes was connected into the Storm water drainage. Upon a little investigation, it was soon apparent this was true and also the existing Foul drainage had bellied pipes causing an extreme amount of calcium build up within the pipe and also poor flow rate. This was a challenging dig due to multiple shallow services and also needing to dig carefully around roots as we working in a National Trust area of outstanding beauty.

✅ New 110mm pipe installed to an accurate gradient.

✅ New 320mm Inspection chambers installed on every outcoming lateral.

✅ All pipes in trafficked area capped with concrete to prevent pipe compression.

✅ Garden area dressed with new topsoil and seeded.

New Sewage treatment plant installed this week.

✅ New Marsh Industries Ensign 6 pumped outlet treatment plant installed.

✅ 32mm MDPE outlet pipe installed from the tank to existing ditch for clean water discharge.

✅ New tank installed adjacent to the existing system to allow full use of the property and all foul discharge whilst new installation commenced with a simple diversion connection once installed.

Driveway extension completed in Worcester.

✅ Grass area dug off and reduced.

✅ 150mm Type1 MOT levelled to form sub base.

✅ Red block paving edgers laid to front pathway and side boundary.

✅ Capped out with a 14mm Bassalt chipping.

Really pleased with the end result which gives the front of the property a fantastic new look.

Demolition and groundworks completed in Broadway last week.

✅ Existing conservatory demolished to oversite level.

✅ Foundations pulled and concreted from existing footings in preparation for new extension expansion.

✅ Oversite stripped and stoned up.

✅ Foundation masonary built up to DPC.

✅ Stormwater drainage diverted.

✅ Oversite insulated and reinforced.

All handed over to main contractor to carry on with the build.

Been a while since last posting anything so heres a few snaps of the garden room project completed. Really pleased with the end result of this job and throughly enjoyed building this stunning building.

NIce job completed today in Worcester, top soiling a back garden to a minimal falling grade to prevent water pooling within the garden. Huge thanks to ltd and Lee their driver for superb supply of topsoil and grab off service. All ready for the customer to seed.

Garden room progress update..

✅ Electric duct and supply installed.

✅ Retaining wall foundations dug and poured.

✅ Retaining wall built.

✅ All excavated spoiled remained on site, levelled and power harrowed in one of the customers fields to save muck away costs.

✅ External landscaping work’s well underway with indian sandstone slabs to the perimeter of the building and patio areas along with a path to the house.

✅ Foundation’s dug and poured.

✅ Foundation masonary built up to DPC.

✅ Oak truss built thanks to Lawrence And Sons.

✅ Oak truss and pirlins installed.

✅ Rafters installed and roof completed.

✅ Bi-fold doors to be installed next week.
