Removed the old staircase setup and replaced it with a new oak balustrade, including newel posts, handrail, base rail and oak spindles, along with oak panelling beneath the stairs.

A much cleaner, more modern finish while keeping plenty of character in the timber.

Installed these glazed double doors to separate the rooms while still letting the light flow through 👌

Really nice way to keep that divide between spaces without making either side feel dark or closed off.

Simple upgrade, but it completely changes how the space feels day to day.

Clean finish on these and a solid result all round.
