Prior experience not essential

Statutory guidance (Document L - Conservation of fuel and power) dictates that all new and renovated buildings require an intelligent BMS system. Our 3-day course is ideal for anyone interested in gaining BMS knowledge

• Learn how to install BMS systems to UK industry standards
• Learn the basics of mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Complete understanding of how a BMS system works
• Understand where and how to install BMS components into mechanical and HVAC systems

All our instructors have experience of working on BMS installations for a minimum of 10 years’, across multiple (BMS) companies. Our 3-day programme covers topics such as

Working safely with electrical installations
Installation procedures and working practices
Preparation of cabling for termination, numbering, ferrules and connecting
Control cable selection
Testing of controls and relays
Health and Safety

Our 500 sq.ft facility in Writtle, Essex, enables delegates to arrive with very limited knowledge and leave confident in translating drawings, understanding devices used, positions of devices and best practice for quality BMS installations.

We all know the ideal:
Set it up right, and you won’t get faults.
