🏠 Job Complete ✔️

A few weeks ago we shared this roof after stripping it back and uncovering extensive water damage, rotten battens, decayed timber, and years of bird nesting in the eaves.

We’re pleased to say the work is now fully completed.

All rotten timber has been repaired or replaced, new fascia backing timber installed, and the roof has been fully re-battened. We’ve also fitted new fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes, along with felt support trays, bird stops, a dry verge system and a dry ridge system to ensure the roof is protected for years to come.

A great transformation from start to finish and another happy customer. 👌

Back on another roof this week! 🏠🔨

Unfortunately this one has suffered from some serious water ingress over time, which has completely rotted out sections of the battens and even started affecting the ends of the rafters. We also found a lot of bird nesting throughout the roof space causing further issues.

Works being carried out include:

✅ Repairing and replacing all rotten timber
✅ Replacing the damaged fascia backing timber
✅ Full new re-batten
✅ Installing new treated battens and bird stops
✅ Preparing the roof properly for a long-lasting finish

Sometimes you don’t realise the extent of the damage until the roof is stripped back, but this is exactly why proper repairs matter. Another roof getting brought back to life the right way 💪

One side fully stripped off today, old felt and battens removed and replaced ready for tiling 👌

Tomorrow we move onto the other side, then it’s back on with the tiles and dry ridge system towards the end of the week ✔️

Another few successful MagnaCleanse system flushes carried out this week 🔥♨️

One of our customers had been suffering with repeated heating breakdowns caused by heavy sludge build-up throughout the system. After carrying out a full MagnaCleanse flush, the amount of magnetite and debris removed was massive — just look at the photos and videos 👀

🔥 From awkward to amazing – full living room transformation 🔥

This customer had always disliked their front room. The original fireplace was an awkward shape and off-centre, and because it’s a real chimney breast, we had to make it work rather than remove or fully redesign it.

The layout just didn’t flow, and there was nowhere practical for the TV — it never really felt like a proper living space.

So, working closely together, we came up with a design that completely transformed how the room works ✨

We built a fully bespoke media wall featuring a centred fireplace, built-in shelving with warm integrated lighting, and custom storage throughout. On the left-hand side, we added sliding doors to make access easier around their furniture where space was tight 🔧

We also installed a brick slip feature wall, along with matching brick slips within the media wall, adding texture, warmth, and a real focal point to the space 🧱🔥

Now everything has its place 📺🔥
A proper focal point ✔️
Better flow ✔️
And a room they actually enjoy spending time in 🙌

Another one turned from a problem space into a standout feature 💥

Big garden project nearly wrapped up 🌿☀️

We’ve been lucky with some lovely weather this week, which has helped us get all the topsoil spread and the turf laid – and it’s really starting to come together now!

Next up is a full clean-up and then we’ll be back with the final photos 📸

Big garden project nearly wrapped up 🌿☀️

We’ve been lucky with some lovely weather this week, which has helped us get all the topsoil spread and the turf laid – and it’s really starting to come together now!

Next up is a full clean-up and then we’ll be back with the final photos 📸

A recent call-out we attended 🔧

The customer got in touch after noticing that every time the toilet was flushed, water was leaking onto the floor. After investigating, we found a cracked collar on an old salt glazed soil pipe coming up through the floor.

This had been leaking for some time and had unfortunately caused damage to a floor joist, leaving it rotten and in need of repair.

We removed the damaged section, installed a new joist, and replaced the old salt glazed pipework with new plastic, securely fitted and clipped into place.

Everything is now sorted, safe, and back to working as it should — another happy customer 👍

Another busy week on site 💪

We’ve started a new driveway project and made great progress getting everything prepared. All the edging is now set and concreted in, giving us a solid, clean frame ready for the next stage.

Next week we’ll be finishing the levels and starting to lay the block paving — looking forward to seeing this one come together 👌
