Focusing on the establishment of wood as a basic structural material, the company is involved in the design, static, produce and construction of the first wooden forest settlement in HAIDOU, Xanthi. These projects provided EUROCO S.A. with the necessary know-how as regards the conduct of diagnostic tests and damage restoration on old wooden buildings. During this period, EUROCO S.A. constructs the roofs and flooring at the warehouses of the Port Authority of Thessaloniki, the stage floor at the Theatre of Macedonian Studies and the Royal Theatre, and the roof and stages at the renovated building of Μoni Lazariston. The latest trends in architecture and the increasing demand lead EUROCO S.A. to develop new products, such as its composite wooden beams. In 1998, the company constructs the roofing at the HYATT Hotel and numerous other visible wooden structures in the surrounding environment. The growth of tourism investments in Greece, which signified an intensive use of wood in construction projects, paves the way towards the hotel market. In 2000, EUROCO S.A. constructs a two-floor annex for the Golden Beach hotel in Rhodes. In 2004, the new EUROCO S.A. premises are built at the Industrial area of Sindos , in order to cover the requirements and extensive demand for the projects related to Olympic games. EUROCO S.A. once again plays a leading role in . It constructs the roofs for the OLYMPIC village and the Journalists’ village at Pallini Hill, all the wooden panelling at the Rowing Centre in Schinias, the bridges and spectators’ seats at the canoe-kayak complex at Elliniko. It is responsible for the wooden constructions at all Athens Piraeus Electric Railways (ISAP) stations. At the same time, the company has also constructed a large number of special roofs with curved beams , at gyms built by the ''School Building Organization'' (OSK), specifically in Attica, at Markopoulo, Argyroupoli, Agios Dimitrios, Kalyvia, Koropi, Metamorfosis, Egaleo, Kantza etc. A construction project also currently implemented at OSK gyms all over the country until today. In 2005, EUROCO S.A. undertakes to construct a very demanding project with wooden constructions at the Mediterranean Cosmos shopping centre in Thessaloniki. This project has very high-level requirements, is completed within two months, and involves design and covering of an area of 11,000 sq.m. with wooden constructions. In 2006, EUROCO S.A. constructs snow-clearing stations along the whole axis of Egnatia highway. This is a project that received much praise due to its aesthetic attributes. Following that project EUROCO designs and engineers all timber constructions at the COSTA NAVARINO resort the biggest resort of South Europe.This project construction lasted two years from 2008 and the project was completed in 2010.
