AluHouse Expands into Australia, Wins 116‑Unit Modular Apartment Aluminium Façade Contract
The project is a modular apartment development in Karratha, Western Australia, comprising four three‑storey rental blocks across three sites, with a total of 116 units and 329 steel‑structure modules. AluHouse will supply the complete modular aluminium façade system, with delivery commencing in September 2026.
The aluminum façade systems are a core component of AluHouse's modular building supply chain. Lightweight, high‑strength, moisture‑ and corrosion‑resistant, environmentally sustainable and aesthetically versatile, they are extensively deployed in public housing, transitional accommodation, student hostels and site offices.

AluHouse Wins Major Los Angeles Apartment Project, Advancing “Go Global” Strategy
AluHouse has secured its second North American modular construction project: a seven-storey, 100-unit rental apartment development in central Los Angeles. Using steel-structure MiC technology and designed to comply with California building standards, the project will improve construction efficiency, reduce on-site work, and support more reliable delivery—reinforcing AluHouse’s commitment to its “Go Global” expansion strategy.
AluHouse’s international growth has been phased and purposeful. In 2025, it secured its first Los Angeles apartment project and achieved sample-unit acceptance, marking a “zero-to-one” market breakthrough. In April, the company debuted at the US MBI Global Modular Construction Expo, launching its North American steel-structure technical solutions and establishing a local operations team to accelerate overseas market pe*******on.

Aluhouse Expands into Oceania with New Zealand MiC Project !
Aluhouse has won a townhouse development project in Avondale, Auckland, New Zealand. The three-storey, medium-density community will feature 11 townhouses assembled from approximately 33 steel MiC modules.
Through localized design, factory prefabrication, and end-to-end delivery capabilities, Aluhouse will bring efficient and high-quality modular construction solutions to New Zealand’s residential market.
The project marks another step in Aluhouse’s expansion across Oceania and demonstrates MiC’s potential to address housing demand, optimize land use, and enhance construction efficiency. Aluhouse will continue to expand its international presence through innovative modular construction technology.
