From an initial 8-week contract to nearly two decades with Eurogene, Mairead Hayes has become a key part of the team supporting both colleagues and customers behind the scenes.
Now completing her 18th spring season, Mairead works in LIC Admin, playing a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly. From managing stock levels and handling customer queries to supporting the team on the road, her day-to-day work ensures farmers and field staff have what they need, when they need it.
