Carrickamore Quarries has been established over 25 years, supplying aggregates and recycled construction and demolition materials to the local transport, agriculture and construction sectors.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering good working conditions and long-term employment with an established employer.

The JCB 520X is the largest tracked excavator ever manufactured by JCB. Operating in the heavy-duty 50-tonne class, this robust heavy-line machine has an operating weight between 52 and 57 tonnes. It is powered by a formidable 11.8 litre Cummins X12 diesel engine that delivers 400 horsepower (298 kW).

Built for demanding environments like quarrying and mining, it features an ultra-reinforced undercarriage and a high-pressure hydraulic circuit. Inside the upgraded CommandPlus cab, operators benefit from the intuitive JCB UX interface, a 10-inch touchscreen, and a standard high-definition 360-degree camera system for maximum visibility.
